Four Towns Pty Ltd is a town planning and project management consultancy established in 2015 on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We specialise in planning, property and project management.

The Four Towns Planning team is experienced in all aspects of planning and have a reputation for solving complex planning and project management issues in a practical and cost-effective manner. Our team uses its local knowledge and strong relationship with governments at both local and state levels to ensure that projects we undertake run on time and to budget.

About

Mathew Quattroville - Director

Mathew Quattroville is the founder and director of Four Towns Pty Ltd. From a young age Mathew had a passion for town planning and the property industry. In year 10 of high school Mathew completed work experience at Manly Council in the planning team and from there knew his passion was with town planning and in the development sector. Mathew completed a Bachelor of Planning at UNSW and has worked in both the public and private sectors. With over 10 years’ experience, Mathew ensures honest and upfront advice from the start of a project and works closely with clients to identify any potential constraints, and helps develop strategies to mitigate any adverse impacts on the project. Mathew’s experience from his time at the Department of Planning (which included being nominated on the Young Planners Committee within the Planning Institute Australia) in combination with leading private consultancies, ensures he provides a well-rounded approach to each client’s needs.
